CoverDraft is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use CoverDraft, we collect the email address you provide at checkout (used only to send your receipt), and the job description and background text you enter to generate your cover letter. We do not create accounts or store your personal details beyond what is needed to process your payment and generate your letter.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CoverDraft never sees or stores your card number, expiry, or CVC. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. You can read it at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use your information

Your email is used solely to send your payment receipt. Your job description and background text are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your cover letter and are not stored on our servers after your letter is returned.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It only tracks aggregate page view data so we can understand how the site is used.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI generation, Resend for transactional email, and Plausible for analytics. We do not sell your data to any third parties or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your email at any time by contacting us at coverdraft.support@gmail.com.
